Terms of use
By using NullPasteyou agree to the terms below. They're meant to keep the service usable for everyone.
Acceptable use
Don't use NullPasteto store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or is intended to harass or harm others. Don't attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt the service. Automated use is rate-limited.
Automated content screening
Paste content is automatically screened before publication for clearly illegal material, including anything involving the sexual exploitation of minors. Content that matches is rejected and never created. A first violation is a warning; a second permanently bans that connection from creating further pastes. This filter is one layer of protection, not a complete one — it does not replace human review, and anything that gets through and is later discovered is removed and, where legally required, reported to the relevant authorities (in the US, NCMEC).
Your content
You are responsible for what you paste, and that responsibility stays with you for as long as the content is stored here — including if it is later reported or removed. Because there are no accounts, you must keep your own paste links and delete codes safe — they cannot be recovered if lost. See the privacy page for how content is stored and removed.
Availability & removal
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. Pastes may be removed if they expire or are deleted with their delete code — and pastes that are abusive or violate these terms may be removed at any time, without notice, for example after an abuse report.
Not a backup service
NullPaste is not a backup or archival service. Pastes can disappear at any time — through expiry, burn-after-read, deletion, removal for abuse, or service issues — so never store the only copy of important data here. Keep your original somewhere you control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NullPasteis not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service. Don't rely on it as your only copy of important data.
